Immigration

There are multiple and varied different procedures that you may need to carry out, from nationality processing, to a work or residence permit, obtaining a N.I.E., etc.

We help you and guide you step by step in any of the procedures that we detail:

Spanish nationality processing

Work permit ans visa

Among the visas and work permits that we process are:

Residence (Community and Extra-Community)

If a foreigner is married or registered as a common-law partner with a citizen of the European Community, he or she can apply for residence authorization for the family member of the European citizen.

You can also apply for a community card for children, parents of community members and their spouse, and for other family members who depend financially, such as an extended family.

When an immigrant lives in Spain for three years, they can request residence authorization due to social roots.

It must be demonstrated that the applicant lives in Spain for three years, has an employment contract and is integrated into Spanish society.

At Juan Salvador Asesoría, we are experts in immigration procedures with social, work or family roots.

If you live in Spain for three years and carry out an economic or professional activity, you can apply for residence authorization through self-employment.

At Juan Salvador Asesoría, we are personally in charge of advising you, guiding you and accompanying you in each and every one of the immigration procedures that you need to carry out.

Obtaining NIE

In our consultancy we are specialized in immigration law, so we can help you throughout the process to regularize your situation in Spain and obtain your identification document.

We also provide advice if you already have all your papers in order and what you want to do is bring your family.

We work with individuals and manage immigration issues for companies.

This way you can get your company to hire foreign workers completely legally and even solve all the paperwork while your new employee is still in their country of origin, so that when they arrive in Spain they only have to process the NIE.

We advise, process and monitor all the necessary procedures and authorizations that must be carried out before the Spanish Public Administrations in relation to immigration. Whether they are residence and work authorizations, stay authorizations, modifications, regroupings, authorizations due to exceptional circumstances, obtaining visas, obtaining the NIE and even processing Spanish nationality.

Foreign appointments

From Juan Salvador Asesoría, we can manage any procedure you need:

Pension management

We study and process retirements in which contributions have been made in different foreign countries, both inside and outside the European Union, taking into account the principles of totalization of contribution periods and the different existing bilateral agreements.

Official translations

On some occasions at Juan Salvador Asesoría we find Visa or Authorization files that have been denied because the documents provided do not have the relevant official validity. We remind you that when any application is submitted to the Spanish Consulate in your country of origin or residence, or failing that, at the Immigration Office, they must be translated by specific translators for them. An example of this is residents in the United States who present the requirements in English and translated into Spanish, but without an official translation.
Foreign public documents intended to be presented to the Spanish Administration must meet the following requirements:

  1. It must be an original document or a copy certified by the same body that issued the original document.
  2. Unless there is some legal instrument that exempts this obligation, the foreign public document must be legalized to be valid in Spain.
  3. It must be translated into Spanish.

Exceptions: European Union Law.

Regulation (EU) 2016/1191 exempts from translation public documents of an EU Member State that are accompanied by a standard multilingual form of those contemplated in its annexes and sworn translations carried out by a person authorized to do so by virtue of the Law. of a Member State of the European Union.

For documents not exempt from translation, only the following translations will be accepted:
